And so we arrive at Sunday night
And find ourselves in a pensive mood
Reflecting back on the weekend
On what we did and didn't do
And looking forward to the week ahead
To what there is to come
Getting ready for what must be faced
And for what remains to be done
And though we are in our homes
Taking a moment before we sleep
We gather together on facebook
At the eve of a working week
And why is that, I wonder?
With status and chats and likes
We reach out for one last contact
Before we say goodnight.
